We gladly accept a variety of insurance plans and offer affordable fees for those without.  Please call ahead to confirm your coverage and fees expected at the time of service.

• Self pay new patient - $80 initial visit then $50 each additional visit

• Seasonal / Tourist - $70 initial visit then $50 each additional visit
